These Terms govern your use of the SYLA subscription service, operated under Powermind Ltd.

1. Description of Service
SYLA provides emotionally intelligent support and self-reflection prompts. It is not a therapist or diagnostic tool. It is intended for personal development use only.

2. Subscription 
By subscribing, you gain unlimited access to SYLA for personal use at the current monthly rate (£19.99). This is a recurring subscription billed monthly unless cancelled.

 

3. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct  
You agree not to misuse SYLA, including attempting to extract or replicate its technology, resell access, or engage in abusive or harmful interactions.

5. Updates and Changes 
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SYLA constitutes agreement to the latest version.
