3. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website are non-refundable.

3.2 Coaching Services:
• Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the validity period of their package or program.
• Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
• Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3.3 Digital Programs & Products:
• Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, no refunds are offered once access has been granted (this includes SYLA and the SYLAB Library).
• By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
